​Who am I? What will I do with my long life? How and where do I want to live? Do I want to stay or do I want to go? Would I like to change, do something differently? What? How? Why would I? Why not?

In this fast moving and changing world, Adult Education and Lifelong Learning can also become a place of calm, peace and clarity where those and other questions can be addressed.
Change needs courage. Courage can be learned.
